The Institute of International Education (IIE) in Vietnam is pleased to announce the GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders Program 2010. The program is administered by IIE on behalf of the GE Foundation, the philanthropic organization of the General Electric Company.

Through this initiative, the GE Foundation seeks to increase access to higher education by identifying and recognizing up to 10 economically disadvantaged first-year undergraduate students from participating universities across Vietnam who are pursuing degrees in the fields of business, engineering and the sciences.
