Ms. Hanh earned her Bachelor's Degree in English in 2008 from Hanoi University. Before joining IIE, she worked as a student and academic service assistant at Raffles International College, a Hanoi-based Singapore Commerce and Design College. She started working for IIE in April 2009 as an office assistant. Her main duty is to manage administrative tasks and daily front office operations. She hopes that with her friendliness and charm in communication, students coming to IIE will receive great support.
