Ms. Thai Thi Le Tam has been working for IIE for more than four years. A native of Hanoi, she graduated from Hanoi University (now Vietnam National University) in 1975 with a degree in Biology. For the bulk of her career, she worked at the Ministry of Fisheries. From 1988-1990, she was enrolled in a part-time English degree at the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. In 1991, she had the opportunity to take part in an intensive English course in Canberra, Australia, funded by UNDP. In addition to promoting collaboration with universities and schools in Vietnam, she is responsible for disseminating information about scholarship opportunities and ITP TOEFL testing. She also acts as IIE's press and Ministry contact, and works closely with the Ministry of Education and Training, IIE's key partner in Vietnam.
