Trang graduated from Hanoi University and started her work at IIE-Vietnam in May 2000. Before that, her first working experience was in the Administration Department of the Hanoi School of Business.
Trang worked at IIE as a receptionist before being promoted to the current position. Her primarily responsibility now is managing the ETS testing program, including the administration of the TOEFL ITP, SAT, GRE and LSAT tests.
