After receiving her bachelor’s degree in International Trade from the Foreign Trade University in 1998, Oanh earned a Master’s degree in Public Management and Economics at Université Libre de Bruxelles-Solvay Business School in Hanoi two years later. Oanh was one of IIE-Vietnam’s first employees. While working for IIE-Vietnam, she won a scholarship to participate in a six-week internship in Belgium in 2005. After seven years of hard work at IIE, she was promoted to the position of Assistant Director in 2006. Oanh plays a key role at IIE-Vietnam, from overseeing various grant and scholarship programs like GE, SMBC to finance and accounting, human resources and administrative issues.
