Global Travel and Learning Fund

In close cooperation with the Ford Foundation's Vietnam office, IIE administers a program of travel and study grants for Vietnamese scholars, experts and NGO leaders in a variety of fields. Over the past four years, GTLF grants have enabled numerous individuals to participate in international meetings or conferences and undertake short-term research/study tours in areas of professional interest.
